Yeah tell me about it, I figured it should be 450RWHP and let me say the numbers on SXT's dyno have been a lot lower than HHP. For example HHP tune/dyno'd at 315RWHP and then went into limp on the highway due to knock sensors and I went straight to SXT's cleared the codes and only showed 283 RWHP. I think the dyno is very far out of calibration. However from a 30 roll my 8-9K pound 3/4 ton with 33" tires and pipe bumpers spins the tires pretty good and the acceleration is crazy. So all in all who know dyno's dont mean crap they are just a fine tuning tool. just my 2 cents

Is it just me or does it make sense to buy long block with accessories, and a possible bonus transmission? Then make your own changes to the cam and head work of your choice??

I would never buy a built longblock again (too much $$$) I would find a low mile used motor and build it from there!

Default Quality question before a purchase

I just talked to SUMMIT Race parts(4/4/2019) to ask them some questions about this HP93 package, and they transfered the call to ATK, but who answered first ...LKQ auto recyclers who then transfered me to ATK, which makes me ask the question is ATK a branch of LKQ which after reading some of the ATK reviews from Google that were far from reassuring when speaking of warranty work or replacing bad builds, to be fair most of the complaints were from Toyota 4 cylinder users who bought their motors from ATK, but i have to ask about LKQs remans quality , now i am rethinking the purchase, has anyone had issues with ATK engines
