Default ARH 2" x3.5" Headers

Just recieved a set of 2" primary by 3.5" Long tube headers for my Silverado from ARH , im very excited as these are my first nice set of headers ive had ,
I currently have OBX 1-3/4" long tubes that ive ran for 4 years now , they are a great budget header , but are very restrictive on my setup .

I Dynoed 627 to the wheels in 2nd gear thru an 80e/Tcase , with the OBX headers and a 3.5 exhaust / cutout , which we found out was too restrictive on my combo ( Thanks Pat - 03SierraSLT , he is one smart **** )
I put a back pressure gauge on my exhaust and even with cutout open i had 20 psi of back pressure !!!

So the fix is to make the exhaust bigger , well there are 1-7/8 long tubes out there , they would prob be fine im sure , but since im buying fresh , and making 15 psi of boost ( also consider exhaust restriction) i wanted the biggest header i could buy , so i had to call some manufactures and see what was available.

Well Steve at ARH said they would make me a set of 2" primaries with a 3.5" collector . I said Hell yes !! I want some !! And being that they make headers for my favorite car, the COPO Camaro, i was excited to get some from them, Thanks ARH !

They just came today

So now to install and fab up some 3.5" mid pipes , im excited to see what she will do now that it can breath

Im impressed with the fit and finish so far , ill report how they fit when i get them on , it takes me a while with 2 kids to get anything done Lol

Im waiting on confirming yours fit before I order some, they look great!

Do you already have a cutout? What is the ID of the collector? Looks like its flared out for a 3.5" to slide in?
