I believe its proheads.com or something like that. They are listed on his pricing page at the bottom. There is no final flow numbers as of yet.

High flow numbers aren't everything. Richard has done some extensive flow testing and his stuff usually preforms well. This head and the port work that is being done is Designed to work around the smaller bore of the 4.8/5.3 package.

Larger valves and the highest flow numbers aren't always the the best thing for the overall engine package. I don't believe the PRC was really designed to be used on the smaller bore of the 4.8/5.3 set up but since it fits and works people do it. I think it was more of an alternative for the 5.7L options to bring the compression up. It also helps that the castings are/ were much cheaper to get bringing the cost down.

It is one of the toughest things with this particular casting. The 706 castings are more consistent but they have a bad rap because some of them had porosity issues causing them to leak.

Rest assured the final product is worth the wait from WCCH. He is one of the few cylinder head guys who has 100% control over his products. He won't sale you something you don't need and he doesn't have to go out and pedal his products. His products speak for them selfs.

You will be pleased with your decision once you get the final product.
There were no springs on it. Dave did say they were for one of his friends little project 5.3.

No, but I have been bugging Richard for a few years about this specific Combo. Yes Dave does have a friend that is getting that specific set on the bench. I was told he was going to be putting my set on the Flow bench soon.

Hmm. Well, I sent him an E-Mail yesterday so, I'll see these are still in the testing stages or what. I figured they were ready to rock with these since, they listed them on the site. It seemed like they have a few sets of them. Did you give him 706's? Where you located?

Talked to Richard today. He told me I should have my heads in 2 weeks. He is gonna send me some data on them as well. As far as the heads still being in the testing stages, he told me there were only very tideous things left to finish up but the program is written. Hopefully these will help me get to the 400 mark.
