Default After 4l80e swap motors misfiring NEED HELP

I did a 4l80e swap on my 01 ecsb last night and when I got it all done I took it for a test drive and the motor started missing and losing power bout every second on and off and it only does it when I'm gaining speed whether it's 1\2 throttle or at wot. Once I set cruise it runs good and it idles good as well. And when I'm parked and Rev it it sounds good as well. Any idea what it could be?

Trying to go to the track 2nite so really hoping to get this resolved asap

Did you pinch the harness on the back of the motor between the engine and tranny?

This is a very good possibility.

did you remove your headers while doing the swap? If so did you remove the spark plugs prior, you might have messed one of them up.

^^^^^ if you did this and nicked the porcelain on the plugs or cracked it, it will misfire.

Wel I think I found the problem couple days before I did the tranny swap I installed a walbro 450 fuel pump and due to my tbss intake swap I put a corvette filter on for the return and I guess it can't handle the big pump because the fuel pressure is like at 85 psi. So I guess it decided to go out at the same time I did the tranny swap making be think it was the trans.

So I think I'm gonna go without the corvette filter and just get a regulator.

Next question is there a non vacuum fpr that I could use or what would be the best way to fix the regulator problem?

Smaller fuel pump or a return fuel system.
