Default AFM 6.0 cam in LMG with dod delete?

Was throwing a motor together with some extra stuff lying around. Have an LMG 5.3 with DOD delete and afm delete and 317 heads. Have a brand new cam out of a gen 4 6.0. Started doing research and reading that the cam lobes are different on the afm cylinders. Is this a bad cam to use on a afm dod delete setup and cause running issues on the afm cylinders?

A from GMPP: AFM cylinders have slightly different grind ( a bit taller) to accomodate additional compliance of AFM parts --intent is lift event equivalence.
