Default 600+ hp turbo build Questions

I've been looking for someone to answer some questions for me and I have been directed to this site. Hopefully you guys can help me out here.
Im looking to build a 600+ hp motor and im wanting it turbo'd. Its going to be used in a pre runner and needs to be strong enough for constant full out use. If anyone can help me out with what I am going to need for this motor whether its directing me to an old thread or a list of parts needed on another site that would be great!

Simple enough. Almost to simple for 600+ horse. are the components in the stock 6.0l strong enough for this step increase?

This is child's play compared to what I put that poor engine through. It still lives today

Do you mind if I asked you what that motor cost you to build?

But im not sure what fuel im going to be using. Thats more info that i would like to aquire. I would like to use pump station fuel and not high octane fuel but im open to whatever.

If I remember right, that was a stock long block 6.0L with valve springs and a cam. Could easily find a 6.0L in a junk yard for 800-1000$

It was like 1200 at the junk yard. Cam/springs/studs/gaskets is like another 1000.
