Finished the shift kit and got the new Derale cooling pan installed
Got all the accessories swapped over to the new motor.
Installed the Yank Truck Converter
Stabbed the engine back in.
Headers Installed
And now we're to this point..
Hopefully make some more progress today.

Man this is a great thread! I know its tough to document when doing projects like this. Majority of people (including myself) just want to work on it and get it done. Thanks for taking the extra time and effort in documenting and posting this!

Okay, here it is, the moment of truth, after fixing the ground issue, and letting the fuel pump prime with a couple turns of the key, I went ahead and cranked her over! Of course, gotta get a tune, it's still running on the 5.3L tune, idling way to high, and it's open headers right now.

Got the exhaust installed yesterday.
Old Exhaust removed.
New exhaust installed, with Electric Cutouts
MagnaFlow 22" Muffler with built in X-Pipe
Exhaust Tips straight out the back
