Wild guess 320ish. Not an ideal setup. Exhaust is choking it and tsp mail order is pretty weak.

I have similar mods. 5.3 with stock 706 ( for now anyway ) with pac springs, tsp push rods and the 220r on a 112 lsa. I am running longtubes, the corresponding off road y with a 3" catback. I have 4.30 gears out back and I am running the Circle D 3000-3200 stall.

To answer questions:
Exhaust: Seems fine IMOA That is about as free flow as it gets minus the crapmaster. I would go with something more free flowing like a borla, or corsa. Or on a cheaper scale a magnaflow or bassani. I run the H00ker Aerochamber and you can drop a tennis ball right through it.

Tune: I know a lot of people run similar mods on mail order tunes, but I would a custom ECU tune. Every truck reacts different and a live tuner and nail your tune on the first try. I have a local tuner that does all my tuning and I don't have too many complaints.

RWHP: Most people see about 315 - 330 with FBO Cammed 5.3. Sure some can make more or less, and you can make more with radical cams, ported heads, Intakes, ect... Once you start adding power your 60e is on borrowed time so keep that in mind when you step up to the plate with power mods! Its no longer a matter of if it will grenade itself, but when its going to grenade itself

IMO measuring hp on a dyno is just a d!ck swinging competition. The dyno is a tuning device! dont worry about power numbers as much as track times. I have seen 400 hp cars runs 12s and I have seen 800 hp cars run 12s.

Your Super 44 muffler is not restricting exhaust flow. Flowmaster's chambered muffler design helps to scavenge, or accelerate, exhaust pulses into the muffler and out of the tailpipe, increasing efficiency.

I give ya credit man... No matter how many people hate flow masters on here (myself included) you still stay positive.

First off there's nothing choking your setup down. People love pissing matches on mufflers but you probably wouldn't notice a difference between two in a mild motor. I would guess 375+ crank hp
