I'm just going to say not alot. With nothing else done you are always on borrowed time, it might last a few thousand miles or less, maybe longer who knows. All depends on how you drive it I guess.

They arent strong enough behind a stock motor, just put it that way.

I put one in a cat-back only truck at 100k with a custom diablo tune at the time without any issues. I think I put something like 20k on the truck before selling it and it was still doing fine I did have to put in a new separator plate not included with the kit because one of the check ***** was stuck in the old one. So you might want to pick one of those up as well if you decide to install

It will be fine, mine is holding up with just vette servos and allot more power it has been for 50k.
Unless you constantly smash the throttle and downshift at wide open throttle it should be fine.
I use mine for towing and sled pulling and DD abuse, just have the line pressure bumped up and down shift manually before mashing the throttle and it will live a happy life.

If you want that trans to last a while set up the shifts to be soft. A 4L60-E absolutely cannot handle hard shifts. A few failure-prone parts are the sun shell, the sprag, the input shaft, and the notches in the drum that hold the retaining ring. It's been a while since I've done a TransGo kit in a 4L60-E, they used to have 1-3 washers that served as spacers under the band servo. I wouldn't use more than 1.

So, in summary - it's best in these to not try to prolong the life of the consumable parts (clutch plates and band) by making them shift fast because that will kill the weak hard parts.

It all depends on luck i guess. My 4l60 is bone stock with raised line pressure and chirps 1-2 at any throttle above 50% with a 3200 stall converter. The motors a 4.8 with the tsp 220/581/112 and its been doing fine for the last 60k miles. Its currently got 114k on the truck and still chirps the heavy *** 20s on it.
