4.8 cam question need some ideas

I'm starting to build my motor my truck. I plan on putting long tube headers cold air intake. It's a 5 speed with 3.42 gears. I was wondering what cam would be a good choice?

Since you have a manual tranny, a larger cam like the 220R or something in that range should make good power without giving up too much down low.
