Default 2010 LC9 5.3 to 6.2 swap???

My 2010 truck currently has the lc9 5.3 engine with the 6l80e trans. Stock motor has afm, vvt, and flex fuel. Im kicking around the idea of a 6.2 swap. If i bought a 6.2 out of say an '10-12 year truck, how hard would the swap be? Im thinking not too hard since i already have a 6 speed and vvt/afm/flex fuel. I have a GM MDI, access to all gm programming systems and hptuners, so reprogramming/tuning any module or computer isnt an issue. If im not crazy, im thinking it would be a direct swap with programming and a 6.2 engine harness. Am I correct?

by straight swap you mean I don’t need fuel rails, exhaust manifold, wiring etc? And it’s bolts up to the 6l80e?

I swapped a 6.2 motor on my rcsb but now I need to return back to stock , 6.2 need a 3.5” exhaust from factory can I remove headers and return a complete 5.3 stock exhaust ?
5.3 exhaust is small compared to stock Denali .

Would it have to be tuned if the 6.2 PCM an wiring harness was installed with the 6.2? Planing on swapping my blown 5.3 out

Might not "have to be", but I bet it sure would benefit from it.
