Default 2000 Silverado Conversion

Hey y'all I have a 2000 Reg. Cab Silverado with a 5.3 up front and the 4L60e. My question is what would be the better course of action:

1). Supercharge the 5.3

2). Bore it out to 5.7

3). Swap in an LS3

My goal is to make this truck a 400 HP/400 lb ft torque sport truck.

Out of those 3 I would go with the supercharger. Will cost the most though.

I've seen a Magna setup for 5 K but my thought is that for a hair more I could get the bigger motor.

Save up for a transmission as well and support mods.

My budget would be about 10 K. Is that too low?

Complete overkill for what he wants to do and right at the limit of a 10k budget.
