Default 12575392 vs 12589227 Head Gaskets

I'm getting ready to check pushrod length and PTV. The gaskets that came off this LQ9 have #12575392 on them.

My new gaskets are the popular 12589227.

The 12575392 apparently is not a GM part number although the bores are identical in size and look identical to the 12589227.

I want to use the old gaskets to check pushrod length and PTV since it's easier for me to change out the check springs with the heads off the motor.
Are these gaskets the same compressed thickness?

Its possible the old gaskets are a production number whereas the other number is a seevice part number...

I see these numbers go hand in hand, the original seems to be the factory number while GM offers the new one as the replacement gasket.

Would this mean it is the same gasket (same compressed thickness) just with a new part number?

Fantastic, thanks.

I couldn't get a good reading on the old gaskets compressed thickness to be certain. I need to check PTV cleanses because it's got a max effort cam in it.
