Haha alright. I just want it to be a quick little DD I have a single cab that is for racing, but I gotta drive something daily to still keep the fords behind me.

Well last night at the track I got out my tuner (Diablosport predator) to go through everything before I ran. For some reason my pe tables were maxed out, I did some tweaking and set it at 5% wot 2-4k and 8% 4-7k. After that I ran a 16.1, but I really have no idea what things need to be set at as I have never ran any logs or anything. A dynotune is in the near future so I don't have to mess with all this. Even still i ended up running a 16.1 on 34's with headers and intake and lifted with 3:73 gears which I don't think is too bad

Did you 60' about the same? Was the weather similar? Seems like it picked up a good amount from a small adjustment.

Weather was just the same, maybe a little warmer. 2.57 60', 6.99 330', 10.55 1/8 at 69.24, 13.60 1000', and 16.162 1/4 at 87.63. How much do you think the wide band dyno tune will change my time? And I think there may be a slight exhaust leak but I can't tell because the headers kind of tick on their own. It only happens when the motor is straining like going up a long hill without downshifting. On my drivers side I have a header bolt that is broken off, it is the furthest back one, but you can't hear a leak at idle and it looks to seal up fine. I would have fixed this but it is near impossible to access.

so you picked up 3 tenths? Thats good, but the truck needs GEARS..some 4.10s or maybe even some 4.56s would make it a whole different truck..a good tune will help too

How much would they cost to swap on a 4wd? Could I do it myself? And what is the mileage loss? Right now I go about 320 on a tank 😂

When I had 35s I went from 3.73s to 4.56s and mileage stayed about the same overall. City went up some, highway went down some, but it averaged out to about the same. Back then it was ~$1100 for everything to have them installed front and back.

It was a night and day difference in how the truck drove too. With the 3.73s it always felt like I was towing something, and 4.56s felt a little better than normal size tires even with the big ones.

I think I'll do 410s I had the rear end slip the other day so its probably not too far from going out. Could I install them myself?

Not worth the effort IMO, only going from 3.73s to 4.10s. You said you have a 34" tall tire, correct? I would absolutely do 4.56s in that scenario.
