09 5.3 Towrig Build help
To start off Hi Im Luke and a bit new around here, but have been reading up on this forum for a few months, But I bought a 09 5.3 six speed auto with 69000 miles on it and love it so far. I am now sitting right under 75k on it, but It is my tow rig for my grand cherokee on one tons and 37s, triangulated 4 link, 3 inch lift, 3 inches of stretch and
Back to the Build questions, I am looking to get some more power out of the truck, fix some internal oil leaks (**** DOD Who ever came up with that is a idiot.) So I was reading on LT1 swap that I need Everything listed AFM Delete And since I am going through all that, why not work on getting my self a little bit more power as well? I am looking for advice on a towing cam, And preferably something that is budget friendly.
Also I am going to be doing a tune for the transmission life and better shifting.
Oh and please suggest any mods that would be helpful for towing that yall can think of.
Total budget is around 2500.

towing
call TSP for a towing cam, they will grind you one, add LT headers
and dual exh, a CAI and a tune. E-Fans will help a lot towing.
a trans cooler and a 170 deg stat. those are pretty much the basics

I have done efans and a large b&m cooler. I will give them a call. What kind of HP will I be looking at with that setup? I'm shooting for 325 to the rears at least.
