Default 02 Avalanche 5.3 to LS1 or LQ4. Is it a direct swap?

Alright, here's where I am. I have an 02 Avalanche with lots of miles that is still running very well - but at some point my luck will change. When the time comes, I would like to swap in a 5.7 LS1 or 6.0 LQ4. I have a 5.7 LS1 already assembled with a great set of heads...and do not own a spare LQ4 at this time. But I have been keeping the LS1 as a spare for my boat or Formula...so not sure I'm ready to "spend" it yet.

My question is this - I assume I would retain the stock Av accessory drive, oil pan/pickup, crank pulley, and intake; so would the rest of the swap be a direct bolt in? Everything I look at makes this seem like it would be "plug and play" (as long as I don't get a pre-01 LQ4 with the longer crank). Is there something I'm missing?

EDIT: Sorry...I had tried searching earlier and found no results. I tried again and got my answer (Looks like everything is as I expected, except for an A/C compressor bolt that gets left out). Very sorry for the useless thread.
