Id take ut to your trans guy and get them to see whats going on... Are you checking the clearance if the converter?

well, Apparently no!!!! They told me because I put the stall in it voided the warranty even tho he is the one that turned me on to the company I got the stall from. so i guess I call a lawer and see what he says. but in the mean time I have to get someone else to build me another one.

Ok, So I guess I must have broke the pump I took the lines off and started the truck and nothing no fluid comes out. I wish I knew how to work on these things the old trans has a good pump in it. No I didn't check the the converter clearance. I knew better too damn it.

did you say tach was not working? but it was before the the trans R&R ?

It's likely the rotor that broke. You might be able to just swap the pump. Other wise you would have to crack the broken pump open and clean it up if it's salvageable.

Changing the pump isnt hard, so long as you have the torx plus socket for bellhousing bolts and, a new gasket and seal... And a prybar...

No the tach stopped working just before the first trans went out.

Is that torx plus the one with the hole in the middle?

No the hole in the middle is tamper proof, torx plus have wider points
