Default Rattle coming from bellhousing area?

The truck is a 99 silverado,2wd, auto, 5.3, and 193,xxx miles. There is a slight rattle in the bell housing, which my mechanic told me he thinks is some debris, and nothing mechanical. He told me that if it bothered me, we could fix it. Any other ideas of what it could be?

You can hear it at idle and while driving. It does increase with rpm, but I can't hear it over the radio at average volume. No recent repairs.

Could be loose converter bolts or a cracked flexplate...
