Default Race Star 17x7 Bolt-in Valve Stem?

Has anyone come up with a solution for running bolt in stems on a Race Star front runner. I'm not sure how the 17x4.5 is designed, but my 17x7s have the valve stem hole placed in a narrow area between two convex curves on the lip of the rim. This does not allow any type of rubber seal to seat flush from the top. The edges of the hole are actually on the beginning of the curve. 1320wheels tech dept told me that everyone just runs standard pull through stems, but the bolt ins are technically required per NHRA spec for 11.99 and quicker...

The rears are no problem, fits like they were made for them. It's the front runners that appear to have an issue.

I ended up just running some screw in valve stems from NAPA. They had them in stock. I don't think I have the package anymore.
