Oxymoron All terrain Tire that hooks on the street
I'm in the process of switching from my denali to new truck that's 4x4. Since there is ow way I'll be able to tolerate a slower truck the new truck will get a tvs 1900. In my denali I've never had to worry about traction with awd and I run yoko ats tires (amazing in the snow btw). Being the new truck will be 4x4 I'm betting I'll light the rears up very easy with the blower. No all terrain tire will hook like a street/summer tire, but does any one have good or bad advice on all terrains that hook in the dry?

My Tahoe is not a powerhouse by any means but I am currently running BFG Rugged Terrains which are designed more as a street tire that can go off-road. They seem to have a bit softer tread with a lighter sidewall than other all-terrains I have had. I had Cooper LTZ prior to the BFG and they were also a more street oriented all-terrain. They had a much wider tread for the same size tire and also a stiffer sidewall.
