Default Need help identifying noise when braking

Hey guys I've been noticing my truck making a creaking noise when I hit the brakes, does it really bad when its not fully warmed up. I've pulled the left front wheel off and can't see anything loose or about to break, need to ideas on what to check.

As you can tell it sounds like it is related to a specific wheel position as it spins, it always does it in that manner. My steering wheel does shake when I press the brakes, so I know I need a brake job. My pads have life left, and the rotors aren't in too bad of shape.

I would say bearings too. It could be the warped rotor pushing on the break caliper. How many miles on the bearings. Also look at your wheel for hair line cracks.

I had that wheel bearing replaced at about 75k, it has 115k now so not that much...maybe just got a bad batch of bearings. I'll check the wheel out too, didn't really notice it until I swapped rims so maybe thats the culprit!

Did u have aftermarket rims before? If so did u take the caliper lock rings off the studs?

Ther is some lock rings on the lug nut studs. If u dont take them off it can throw a light, make noises, and cause the brakes to pulse. Ithink they have 3 per wheel. Pull off 1 wheel and look. U should see them unless they have already been taken off. They r usually a brass looking ring. Smooth on the outside and have teeth on the inside. It dont hurt to break them to get them off. Wish i had a picture to show u. I think u will see them if they r still on the truck.
