With that much horsepower, you will need a completely built tranny!

At that power and that weight, your best bet for longevity's sake is a 4L80E swap...

80E is not an option , I saw vengeance racing has a 350$ upgrade kit that will support 600fwhp, they have versions for heavy vehicles and they specifically design each kit for what you are doing, my combo is an iron 383 3.903x4.00 with 11.48:1 comp, comp cam 232-234 .595-.598 112+3, morels, TD Shaft rockers, 213cc 322cfm Dart heads by me, Not sure on intake, tb, injectors, fuel system, probably a TBSS /90 Or Fast LSXRT if funds permit, Pace setter Lts or OBX headers with ory, I hate my cam but it should give good top end, and Devil's Own water /meth kit, later on if trans lives a 150 shot, realistically 450-475rwhp is closer but I want to make sure the trans is the best I can make it, thanks

my thoughts exactly

if it were that easy dont you think that those of use who've been though literally dozens of transmissions would have done that from the get-go??

If a 4L80E swap isnt an option, I hope free towing on your insurance is

x2... I had local builder do my 60E for me awhile back. It was "indestructible". He built me 5 of them before giving me my money back. You do the math.

Went through all three of my free AAA tows that year, and started using up my dad's too.
