Got around to cracking open the boxes this evening before i left work, the crossmember/control arm drop brackets measured about 5 1/2 inches, the diff drop brackets were right about 4.75" and the coil spacers were 6.5"! Interestingly enough my procomp 2.25" leveling kit came with the upper spacer that measures just under an inch, and the lower mount spacer that wasnt but maybe .50 to .75 inch. Hoping to get everything straight and install the lift in the next week or two!!!

No disrespect meant, i know there is a big difference in a true long travel setup, i was referring to trucks on the interweb that have long travel setups that have pics taken of them with the articualtion being shown, and the truck looking like it had never seen mud, dirt or even rain!

22x14 -100et with 35s and 18" of lift seems to be the ticket these days to winning truck shows. I agree.

Just st wanted to clarify a long travel truck and a lifted truck are not the same. No disrespect taken.

They definitely are not the same, but some people see them as being one in the same.

I have a 6" fabtech on my 99 silverado, only thing i have really had to do was flip my sway bar and use a set of factory links, rather than the links fabtech supplied with the kit. Aside from that i havent had any issues with it whatsoever! To my knowledge nobody (except maybe Rancho) make a true 4" lift for the nbs trucks, closest thing would probably be a leveling kit with the torsion bars cranked and a set of blocks but that would ride like crap and tear up axles and stuff in the front end!!
