Glad to help guys!!!

lownslo06 and Bish - This may not work for you because this was taken from my 2002 owner's manual. I would believe it will only work for '99-'02 models. '03 and up had some changes, so more likely the TAS is different. Try looking in your owner's manual in the back index, under "Traction Assist System". Hopefully that will get you in the right direction.

Works great on my 08 as I get both disable messages. Unfortunately it does not stop the rear brakes from engaging when the rear end brakes loose. Somehow related to the new T-Case they are using in the GMT900 AWD models.

The traction control on my truck is primative. It is able to shut the throttle when the tires spin, it can't modulate it on the brink of traction.

Well, I looked in the book for my 05 and it said that if you have QUADRASTEER then you can set it where it won't come on automatically. I don't have Quadrasteer, but I tried it anyway. It didn't work.
