Default 2006 Chevy Crew Cab

I am going to do the 4l80e swap on my 2006 Chevy Crew Cab and I was wondering if someone can guide me as to what I need to get. I have searched on here but nothing really fits the info I am looking for. Alot of them I have found on the search is talking about a 4wd and mine is 2wd. What year trans is the best?? Is there a company that makes a harness that is plug and play?? What all will I have to do to make this work?? Flywheel, moving crossmember, built driveshaft...etc... Thanks for any help

all of the info is the same. you will only have to deal with 1 driveshaft and no transfer case.

I've heard you need a pretty fat wallet to do this swap.

yeah? I thought it was cheaper to run a 4L80 than it was with a fully built 4L60?

I've tossed around the idea as well, but I just don't think I really need to use a 4l80 for a non-track truck. I am sure these will be famous last words...
