Default front end offset

So I want to lower my truck but I have 275.55.20s and I was looking at the front wheels and my passenger side tire is sticking out like 2 to 3 inches farther out than the driver's side. Is this that way from the factory?

Your wheels are turned slightly to the right. I don't believe your off as much as you think if at all.

Yes, right front wheel is toe'd out. May just have worn tie rod? I'd recommend shaking down the front end for loose parts and if they all check out have it aligned. If you have questions, post a copy of the measured alignment angles.
