Probably somewhere in the 125-150 shipped region with hardware to install. I dont particularly like the idea of selling these as DIY kits because the function is so important and I dont want someone that doesnt have the ability to do a good job (picture some kid with a HF flux core bird **** welder) to try and save a buck and end up hurt because of it. A liability thing.

I plan to also be a viking dealer soon so after Eric gets some measurements I can help pick out springs and shocks same way I do with my current GMT800 brackets.

Completely understandable. I wouldn't make it an option as a kit for the public, just me, haha. Would they be powder coated?

Oh that's good news. Would the dimensions be the same for any coil over? I'm planning on Ride Tech coil overs.

Yea I plan to, but just black or I could leave them raw if they want some other color on their own. The interior width is 1.5" so just about any shock will work, and some of the smaller ones can use spacers.

I havent decomposed ride techs catalog how I need it but I am sure they have something that will work. The measurement on your truck of ride height would be independent of the coilover, it only depends on ride height.

I think black is all that's necessary and would be perfect.
Coil-over fitment is the least of my worries, many options out there. I think its the length and spring rate that gets a lot of people. Knowing this would be sweet, it would be a bolt on kit once you know the dimensions and rates.

Sounds good man, I look forward to hearing back the results. Will you be starting a thread once everything is finalized?

Thanks a bunch for answering all my questions.
Hopefully this helped out 121 as well as it did me.

Yea thats why I boiled my gmt800 stuff done to just "measure like the picture". Everyones "3in drop" or whatever is not always the same, so I insist everyone measure. Spring rate is relatively easy. Everything just depends on the ride height. It will be nice on the GMT900s to be able to use a 3in shock and have a selection of heavier springs.

Yea I will be making a thread, just waiting on Eric's feedback first.

Here is the back of my brackets btw,

Lookin forward to Eric's feedback as well.

Thanks again for everything

Where did you get the brackets from?
Do you have a part number?
I called summit with these part numbers. I'm just not sure what shock has a mount that's like the bottom of my strut. And was hoping someone could help me out.

I should have the brackets fitted and measured out for Richard either Sunday night or Monday during the day at the latest.

My truck is stock height in the front and just lowered in the rear to level it out. I'll be using either QA1s or the Viking shocks.

Stay tuned!
