You can see the dramatic difference in timing and the 200 rpm higher brake stall from the extra torque output.
Pretty rich there.

Yea that was right after I put the Doug Thorley Tri-Ys on it and had bumped the VE table and MAF tables up about 5%. It was literally open exhaust after the Thorley head pipes in this log too.

Post retune it is alot leaner and meaner! I actually had to reduce the MAF values after headers because the headers richened the tune up so much from the added airflow.

It's a playback of a log...it's not like he was taking a picture of his laptop while driving 111mph.

Ok guys just got back from a 1200 mile roadtrip up to Lake Tahoe (high altititude). Truck feels good and shifts great! I had many hours on the road to get used to the converter. I notice that when I'm going down a grade, the converter will lock/ unlock, lock/ unlock continuously. What's up with that? I've read that it's normal and there's a way to eliminate that in HP Tuners but do I even want to eliminate it? Also, I notice when the truck downshifts out of OD, it's like a 2 step downshift, first the converter unlocks and then the trans downshifts. I've also heard that this is normal but wanted to mention it nonetheless.

I also dropped the pan last night to check the fluid, which looked great. I changed the filter since I didn't have a new one when I did the valve body mods and the trans shifts even better now, perhaps the old filter was a bit clogged who knows. I can't wait to put some power through this thing!

that lock/unlock lock/unlock mean you need some more tuning in the tranny.

It basically happens at all cruising speeds when you take your foot off the throttle.

Mine did it too, with HP Tuners it is an easy fix for most operating systems
