Default Best rear gear and brand

Building a 370 and am stuck between a 373 or 410 rear gear. Also, what brand? Setup will be daily driven with a weekend here and there at the track. Let's hear those opinions.

370 with flat top Pistons, L92 heads, L92 intake. Upgraded 4l60 (until it destroys itself). Eventually a 200 shot.

what tires for strip? 30" tire is alot of tire to race with unless you have power

also what are cam specs? what is converter size

if you want full potential from truck you will need a lower gear then 410

I'll be using a set of factory 17's stretched as a drag wheel. Probably end up with a 28 or 29 inch tire.

If 28s then 430s are good all around

Now if more race 456-488

If I ever build a NA truck again it will have gear for sure

Hell my daily has 488s but does have 35s

I've always said a 4.10 or 3.73 is a good gear for dailys. And I've always used oem gears, powertorque from oreilys is what I've used in past gear swaps and they have done great. He'll I've got a bnib set of there 3.73's sitting at home that I need to get rid of! I've also heard good things about motive and there prices are decent.
