I am rebuilding my 4l80e and keep reading about the block off plate etc. From those of y'all with experience what are the pros and cons? I've searched and just haven't really found the info on looking for. Thanks!

I have installed a handful of them. I have mixed reviews on them. Depends on what you're doing with the vehicle and how you want it to drive. Competition they work great, a bit harsh for a street vehicle IMO.
