02' Silverado Maggie intercooler and Tru Cool 40k
#25
I actually mounted the 40k and heat exchanger in front of the condenser. I had to shave the grill a bit to get it to fit and it still fits tight. if I wanted to I could grind the aluminum grill away from the bottom bracket but it fits so why would i.

Sorry for the delay! I picked up a 2001 M5 that has become my new project so I've been spending all of my time on the M5Board forum
Here are photos of the installation of the Tru Cool 40k cooler sandwiched in between the radiator and Magnacharger gen 1 CTS-v heat exchanger (which is twice the height of the Maggie truck H/E).
bracket for the Maggie H/E made out of square stock from Home Depot
heat exchanger mounted in front, 40k cooler in the middle:

Making the H/E stealth with black spray paint:
Trimming on the back of the grill to make it fit over the H/E:
Top bracket was made out of bending steel flat stock from Home Depot, then zip tying some rubber hose over it to prevent rattling. Should have spray painted the bracket black before mounting to prevent rust, maybe next time...
Amount of material removed:
Buttoned up, looks like stock
(You can see the H/E peeking through in front of the hood latch
