Take both seats and install one race seat. Seats are 40lb to 50lb each, I quest. exhaust is around 50lb.

I wish I had weighed mine with the bumper, brackets, and hitch. It was heavy as hell...

I need to keep factory drivers seat for the seat belt, but if I could loose 100 lbs with bumper and pass seat that would be great. Truck is so heavy it's murder on the trans when I wick it up.

Floor mats
anything in the glove compartment side pockets etc
Door panels come on and off easy
Antenna mirrors
Center console/jump seat
Oh **** handles
All of that can be removed/replaced easy.

all brackets , bolts might be another 1-2 lbs

that was without the hitch
