Default Hooking up 650hp/550tq in old truck

What are guys doing to get their trucks hook up with these (and greater) numbers. Really looking at the rear suspension. It is an old unibody that spins like heck with a tired 429. Need to address the rear before dropping in the new power plant.

Mustang 2 front is in the mail.

Thanks.
