Default NW 102mm known issues?

Are there any known issues with the throttle body. For instance, when I rev the engine, it will hang out for about 5 seconds then return to idle.

Incorrect tuning can be a reason for that.

Reading your mod list in your sig says to me that the LSXR and TB are pretty overkill for what you need.

If that superchips programmer still installed it likely can't do much for custom tuning on the idle airflow tables in the computer to correct for the intake size and TB.

Maybe even the TB size isn't scaled correctly in the tune??

It was recommend by my tuner to keep the super chip on performance tune, then get the custom when I get my cam installed? Thoughts?

Return it to a stock calibration and get it tuned by a professional. The super chips can not compensate for the extra air from the large TB and Intake.

Default super chips removed

Had the tune completed on Thursdays. The idle surge has been corrected, but still stalls. The only time it stalls is when I'm slowing down to stop at an intersection. When I'm slowing down, coasting, my A/f drops to 10 and stays, engine RPM will drop to 300ish. Once I've stopped, the truck will stall about 40 percent of the time. The A/F will also go to 10 when going down a hill and I'm off the accelerator. When I picked up the truck he said the stalling was corrected and that this was the best he could do with a stock bottom in. Is it lack of Hp tuning experience or is this an accurate statement.

I am not familiar with the tables on the 13 but Surely I would think it could be adjust better than that.

Sounds like the tune needs more work. The bottom end has nothing to do with that.
