lost on fuel issue

well we test the pressure at the rail and at idle I'm getting like 47 psi then with the fpr unplugged I'm getting it goes up to 58ish . Also tried to change out the fuel filter and that was a no go . Will have to do that this weekend do to it being stuck on .

That is normal. Sounds like fuel is good and just your electric gauge is messed up.
