GM truck intake and injector database
I searched all I could but no one has a definitive database on GM truck intakes and injectors.
I have 4 complete truck setups all are 5.3 with some surprising injector combinations.
1- gen3 early return style.- injector#25326903
2- gen3 late design return less.- injector#25317628
3- gen4 early design 3 section fuel rail.-injector#12580681
4- gen4 late design 1 piece fuel rail.-injector#12613411
lastly I have set of injectors for a gen4 6.0 late design.-injector#12613412
only the gen3 late design has the ev6 plug, all the gen4 injectors have the same as the early gen3.
The late gen3 is the same as the early gen 4 a far as length.
The 2 other gen4s vary in length but not installed height, the longer ones extend farther into the intake.
rather confusing, when I do searches here I find different information about what year connectors are on what gen trucks...I wouldn't think GM would use different connectors on the sub harness just to use a different injector on the same gen truck.
