What kind of setup? It can be done easily with internal pumps.

Atomic,
This custom 67 Chevy Truck. The tank was designed to run external fuel pump.

Its a great pump for racing but not so much for a daily driver in my experience. I had one with the voltage controller and sump'd tank. After getting stuck on the side of the road 5 or so times with Vapor Lock it had to go. I couldn't drive more than half hour with anything less than a half of tank and if I went down to a quarter tank I would get cavitation on a quick stop.

My 2 cents...

I will match your 2¢ and raise you 2¢, with this: You won't care how loud an external pump is under load, it is at the drive-up window where you want it to be quite quiet.

i use a1000, but is loud and not good for over hour drive. most single pumps are all going to have the same issues. dual 044's would be a better setup for street.

044s arent a good choice unless you run 30psi+ of boost. The walbro 400s and 450s are much better below about that boost level. Much smaller and quieter as well.
