The "right" way depends on your opinion and your budget.

If this doesn't work out for me, I will probably end up with a baffled custom cell in the stock location utilizing the same pump module I have now.

I plan on putting in a lay of fuel cell foam on the bottom of my tank on the new truck to slow the slosh enough not to have fuel starvation problems.

Phew. Sucker BARELY fit in the tank hole. Got the bed bolted back down and the secondary hotwire kit nearly completely installed. Primed up normally. Basically just got to get the power and ground in the engine bay and hook up the relay trigger to my Eboost street controller. I'm really liking the auxillary output on the Eboost street. It can trigger based on RPM and/or boost so it has much more adjustability than a Hobbs switch. Hell, if I even wanted I could run both pumps continuously.

Sweet. Well, I hope it works! Kyle, the fuel cell foam is a good idea, I hadn't thought about that.

Ive heard the foam will disentegrate eventually if you leave fuel in the tank and end up clogging the pumps...

I've always heard that too . You'd think with technology today their would be some kind of fuel resistant material one could use to help dampen the tank .

It may over a few years. To me wouldn't be a big deal to change it out every couple years anyway. I had the same foam in my old circle track car for 3 years and never started to come apart.

But I think it's aeromotive that using it in the aftermarket bucket assm they are selling now.
