I cut the springs in front(still hunting some stiffer 3.5" coils) flip the spring perch on the rear axle. My new shocks just got here and my headers so I have some work tomorrow.

dam that does look pretty good. Put some Titan 18s on it and smaller tires and I think it'll look pretty dam good. Lots of work to be had, I know the feeling. You should do a Titan 5.6 swap, that'd be bad *** and original

So you mounted the rear leaf springs under the axle vise over(stock).......how many coils did you cut up front?

next question...ride.....how does it ride? that front bump stop is soooo close...
