4.6/5.4 2V Adjustable cam gears
I have a set of adjustable cam gears, I'm not sure of which brand but they look pretty good. They cheapest ones of these are right at $200 new, asking $125 shipped. You can call or text Jonathan at 903 293-0188. They offer +/- 12 degrees of timing adjustment.
