2 valve 5.4, eaton setup
I'm changing directions on this project
up for sale is a mostly (98% for a bolt on conversion to a N/A truck or expedition) complete Lightning swap setup:
- originally of off an '02 Lightning -
Ported Eaton
brand new boost bypass accuator
Ported Plenum (ported to clear Magnum Powers "Big O"
Stock Throttle Body
Ported Midplate
intercooler core (stock 10 row)
Lightning Alternator (with wiring pigtail)
Alternator Bracket
stock bosch Intercooler Pump, w/ bracket
stock Heat Exchanger with mounting bracket
SCT BA 2800 MAF
K&N FIPK w/ Amsoil oil free Air filter
Throttle Cable (brand new)
Throttle Cable Bracket (brand new)
Metco 2 piece lower pulley setup (4#) w/ belt (brand new hub and bolts w/ converter lockup tool)
stock caged crank pulley
Stock Idler bracket and tensioner (rocking an Metco Auxillery Idler bracket) with a 90mm and a 100mm idler attached
passenger side PCV line
stock Lightning, dual fuel pump, fuel hat (with twin GT-500 fuel pumps)
EGR valve
EGR Tube (for 3/8 midplate spacer)
3/8 midplate spacer
'01-'04 Lightning Engine wiring harness
5 ft of 5/8 heater hose
IAT 2 sensor (the screw in one for the turkey pan)
you're probably wondering what this setup is missing:
brackets for the heat exchanger
fuel pump
intercooler tank
injectors
installation
tune
I'm asking $2500 plus shipping or you pick it up
kit is located near Nashville TN
the Eaton and Plenum will probably get painted bright silver...

I have a 4.6 built to a 5.0 12.75 lbs of a procharger and alky meth kit on a 2 valve set up and can only get 384 horse and 450 tq at the wheels oh and there are 5.4 heads on there...... these 2 valves just don't make power I did a lot to this and that's all I can get minus nos.
