Check out Stylin Concepts. They have Belltech and DJM kits availiable. Most of the kits now come with new bumpstops. I'd imagine it's gonna run you 3-400 for parts and free labor if you do it yourself, lol.

14.6 from a 4.6- nice! I want some info on your truck. My company truck is a 3v 5.4 F150 and I am considering buying it when I hit my mileage. It will have 150k on it, but I had a new engine installed at 105k, and I just had the rear axle rebuilt to the tune of $1400. If I buy it, I plan on going with long tubes and a 93 tune, but I want to keep the stock cam for fuel mileage(will also have a 87 mileage tune). What do you think an extended cab 4x4 3v would be capable of?
