Question Lowering my F150

I just got a 2000 ford f150 and was wondering if lowering it was worth it?

Check out Stylin Concepts. They have Belltech and DJM kits availiable. Most of the kits now come with new bumpstops. I'd imagine it's gonna run you 3-400 for parts and free labor if you do it yourself, lol.

14.6 from a 4.6- nice! I want some info on your truck. My company truck is a 3v 5.4 F150 and I am considering buying it when I hit my mileage. It will have 150k on it, but I had a new engine installed at 105k, and I just had the rear axle rebuilt to the tune of $1400. If I buy it, I plan on going with long tubes and a 93 tune, but I want to keep the stock cam for fuel mileage(will also have a 87 mileage tune). What do you think an extended cab 4x4 3v would be capable of?

Was it an engine swap or did your truck come with a 5.4 (I didnt think Ford made 5.4 single cabs). What bolt-ons do you have?

... sorry we are getting off topic, but it is still Ford related
