I only measured 26" from frame rail to frame rail.
But then I saw KB uses a 27" intercooler i believe?
What sizes you all using?

KB uses a 27x12x3" intercooler if you want to mount it between the frame rails

If you have a KB kit then going with his IC you should have no problems with the install. IC measurements are usually at the widest point. And the tanks are tapered, so were it goes in between your frame should be fine.
