On your 02, you'll need a 28" radiator and completely reroute your cold side piping. Search my user name where I rant about it. Conveniently, ON3 mentions nothing about this. The bumper has horns that turn inward that prevent you from running the charge pipes like they designed the kit to do on their cat eye truck. Along with the radiator, you'll need LS1 e-fans or similar.
Your overflow tank is in the way as well. I've seen a picture or two of guys running them in the factory location, but I can fathom for the life of me how they don't melt straight through them.
How is your wastegate mounted? Dumped to atmosphere or plumbed into the down pipe? They've had both designs. Mine is dumped to atmosphere. The dump tube that they sent with the kit dumped the wastegate right in front of the ac compressor. ...Less than optimal unless you don't like AC. You'll have to extend it down about 4 inches. Also, getting the fire ring in makes you hate life.
Last thing I can think of... the first and last bolt hole on the up-pipe manifold had to be widened a bit to even think about getting it bolted to the head. Not a biggy... the Chinese jig must be off a bit.
Good luck with the install... if you have any questions.. I may be able to help.
As for supporting mods... looks like you're on the right path.

that seems like a lot of power for a 5.3 with a cam only, especially on 35s! must have been built on a wednesday, or a very friendly dyno.
With the power from the turbo I would be looking into beefing up the diffs.
What cam are you running? Any head work? Stock intake / throttle body?
