You could go with some Deatsch Werks 72lb injector if you want. They are like $300 less than ID's and are plug and play.

500 horsepower reliably. Famous last words. You say that until you realize on a good tune with decent fuel it'll last on 700 reliably.

Kit and truck looks clean as hell! Good work so far. It won't be long before we see threads you're posting looking for a 10 second pass... That's gonna take a bigger turbo though.

I'd call ID and your tuner. Ask them if 850s will support your goal.

Are you running on gasoline or e85?

Gasoline and eventually meth.

Thanks for the compliments!

with gasoline the 850's will be more than enough. You will be at like 60% IDC at the power you want to make.

Well, I called Injector Dynamics. The guys over there are super friendly. I chatted with him for a long while. He said the only reason they made the ID850 is for certain style injectors (or something to that effect). He said there is no difference between the two as far as drivability and performance.

That being said, thanks to JordanH, I now have some ID1000s on the way!!

i switched from ID850's to ID1000's on my F1A 2004 cobra build i did a couple years ago and the injectors were so smooth, no driveability if that makes you feel any better. This was an 850rwhp car on the low boost setting.

YES! At least I won't have to buy new injectors!

This is great to hear. I am very excited about them.
