Default Racetronix problem?

I have purchased a complete sending unit/pump assembly from them for my 2003 Denali, Stock motor with a Procharger. After install, fuel level no longer reads right. Full tank of gas shows 3/4 on the gauge. I said to myself I'll deal with the gauge later and went to get a dyno tune, now the pump is supposed to be Walbro 340 but @ 5700 RPM fuel pressure drops to 40PSI, and this is with a 4" pulley on the procharger on a bone stock motor. I tried emailing Racetronix over a week ago with my order number and the problem im having, i am getting no response. Anyone have similar issues?

i was having the same problem but mine would drop at a lower rpm , it ended up being a clogged fuel filter .

i have been fighting the same problem on my 03 sierra. there is an updated connector/harness that GM has....problem is...you need to modify the racetronix harness to use the updated connector/harness. I have the parts...just have not got around to cutting up my lonnies/racetronix harness.

When I had a problem with a Racetronix product, I sent them an email. A day or two later, they responded with an email, giving me a link to the Racetronix forum. I'd say their products are good, but their customer support/service is weak.

i will defiantly agree with ak on this 100%. i was trying to make a harness for my dual in tank pumps and i called them to get a how too on making or putting a harness together since they didn't make a dual in tank harness and they wouldn't give me a straight answer on how to do it that it would be "to complicated for the average person..." and they told me to call lonnie so i did and of coarse he didn't want to give away his secrets and wanted me to buy his complete bucket assembly witch is understandable coming from a business stand point but i had already bought my pumps and fittings ,etc... . i thought it was bs thet they wouldn't tell me how to put one together but oh well i figured it out on my own and made me that more proud , but yeah F- on customer support.
