what valve are you getting with it? if you want max performance out of the blower get the big red valve dont get the black one that loops back to the intake with the butterfly valve in it, its junk and leeks like 2lbs.

I am going to use the red one.

You'll like it. You've seen what I did with one.

Only thing you may not like is only 10 psi. It'll take some rpm to get there, so I hope your not expecting much in the way of low rpm power.

D1 on a 4.8, I like it! What boost level are looking for, and what pulley size to get it? Are you still running a stock converter?

Truck is BONE STOCK other than the blower. I plan on matching the 10-11 psi I am running now.

I'm interested to hear your opinions when it's finished. I've driven ProCharged trucks with stock converters and thought they were turds until above 3500 rpm. But never on a 4.8. That smaller motor, with the D1 on it, may come to life a bit sooner, maybe around 2500-2800?? Who knows, but it ought to be interesting no matter what.

PS, you suck at returning phone calls....

I really like the fact that your changing nothing but the blower. After you do the 10# comparison I'd like to see you swap pullies and run it up to 12-14# at your wot shift points.

Do you go with the open or single exit red bypass? With the single you can put a filter on it to quiet it down because the open one you will hear.

Tuning in for the results of this one. I will be actively looking for a blower in the spring for my 11' and I hadn't considered a centrifugal at any point.
