Default Need some tuning help bad!!!

2007 NNBS RCSB
4.8 Single T76
Fully built 4L65E with 10" lock up 3500
4.8 Rotating assm.not touched
Comp.Cam 214 int. 226 exh. .559".569" 115 lobe sep.
fresh 243 heads resurfaced -.030",PAC 1208x valve springs with Ti retainers
Holley Hi-Ram,LS9/ZR1 Injectors and MAP
Turbo Set-Up:
Trick stage 4 Stainless hot side,MP T76 turbo,Precision PW39 wastegate,Vibrant Stainless muffler/down spout
Procharger 4 core intercooler,Tial blow off valve,3" aluminum piping
Stock non flex fuel pump at the moment
TR6@.028"

A friend with HP Tuners and some N/A&blower experience got me up and running, but may be out of his realm turbo wise.

Rolling in 3rd,it is ok to 5psi,but then starts popping.
Though we have tried numerous adjustments,
he keeps saying the trans is not liking the torque and TM is limiting us,but we zeroed out the TM and that didn't fix it.
The logs show it seems to have fuel.
He seems to be keeping the timing under 10 degrees to be safe...
Another tuner is saying to ditch the 3 bar map for now and go to a 1 bar since we are using the MAF to tune at this point...
I am very confused
I have a snap shot of the tune and could email it
Thanks
Dom

Chopperloco, put me in touch with your tuner. I have a 4.8l, MP 76, hi ram, 3600 stall, 124lbs injectors, etc ,etc. I can take a look at your tune, as well as send my current tune to your tuner so that he can check it out. I'm no tuning expert for sure, but so far so good on 9psi.

What AFR are you tuning for in boost? Are you achieving that AFR?
How much boost are you trying to run right now?
Are you running a wideband O2 sensor?
What is making you/your tuner think that its the trans?
Also, what size is the downpipe, inlet/outlet qty and size of muffler.

I ran into a similar situation tuning my truck, seemed like it would break up as I would get into higher throttle positions (and boost). Ended up that my tune was just too damn rich!

newer map allows you to read boost...no effect on tune

my 2010 is purely off the maf

Thanks guys!
So i've moved to another guy with HP Tuners
We seem to have made some progress
Though there is a slight hesitation/sputter just before it hits boost it pulls hard to about 6000rpm,16 degrees of timing, about 11.5 afr hitting about 10 lbs.
Still on stock fuel pump
Changes we made were 1 bar map(for now),bumping the timing,rescaling the maf,new tr6's@.025",eliminated burst knock,no TM
Any thoughts?
Dom
