Default LSA Blowers on NNBS! Updates from the shop.

Hey guys – been a busy time lately over here at the shop and wanted to share with you what we’ve been up to. We finished developing a supercharger kit for these GM NNBS 2500’s and couldn’t be happier. I’m currently running an upgraded crank pulley and am sitting at 600hp on my personal truck through a stock long block and exhaust. The thing scoots. It’s been through big tows, snow storms, city traffic, a couple rubber roasts, and we couldn’t be happier. As you know, there’s a lot of challenges with these trucks – belt routing, accessory placement, fan / fan clutch placement, intake, and fuel pumps on non-flex fuel trucks. After a ton of R/D, everything is rock solid.

We’ll be offering this both as a 100% complete and new kit, or with the option to substitute the supercharger core assembly itself for a low-mileage used unit (most are under 20k miles, we verify and test each unit) and the option for low-mileage pull off injectors. These superchargers have often been pulled from CTS-V’s under warranty for faulty isolator assemblies, which are a quick and easy fix for us to perform. Options will include:

- 100% new S/C core, new injectors
- Used/certified S/C, new injectors
- Used/certified S/C, used injectors
- NO S/C core or injectors, supplied by you
- ALL kits will include 100% everything else needed for installation.

All options to include used pieces will be subject to availability, but we typically do not have an issue sourcing them.

Here’s a few teaser pics – I’ll have more to upload tomorrow.

Belt is a 6-rib setup, running one additional idler and relocating the one that used to be by the alternator. All other pulleys/accessories are stock. Pinned stock crank. New alternator bracket.

We've seen no slip on the standard setup, which generates a little over 6psi on a stock 6.0. On my personal truck shown here I'm running an overdriven crank pulley with a stock SC pulley. After a lot of miles I see some very minor drop in PSI from time to time, so that kit will be getting an upgrade to a Gates green back belt, which I'm confident will take care of that issue.

Did it come from the factory with the L96? Regardless, the answer is yes. We would just get some info from you to confirm the build specs, but my personal setup is on an L96.

Hey Guys - sorry for the delay.

As far as kit costs are concerned, we're going to run the first 10 kits on here for about as low as we can push them - $5k complete, which includes fuel pump on a non - flex truck, fan and clutch assembly for manual fans, etc - everything but tuning.

To order with VERY low mileage, used S/c and injectors, subtract $800. We can't run prices this low for long, but want to offer this to you guys to establish a reputation.
