I appreciate you looking at it... To be honest I was disappointed at the power and was thinking of putting my 6.2 L86 in it because of the power level wasn't meeting my expectations. Can you tell if more Boost can be added and how much it actually has now? I have the 84mm pulley on now, I wanna go as much as the stock fueling will take it with some safety left in it and will Dyno tune this spring when I recover from Christmas.

I really think tuning is the biggest problem that we face especially with forced induction. It can literally mean death to an engine in an instant. Happened to me twice even forged. Sorry you're having so much trouble but hang with it. When you get it sorted you should be very happy and reliable.

Good tuning helps as we had an email tuned Blackbear tvs1900 5.3. I think the Magnuson canned tune would have been better as it likely would not have gone lean and pushed out a head gasket. When the guy tells you that droping pullies and adding about 5 lbs of boost a 90 mm t.b. is "accounted for in the tune you have" run far, far away. A real tuner would help your feel immensely..... why people use Blackbear is beyond me.

I lean more to the aggressive side of things when HP & Trq are involved, and I will be the first to admit that i don't know **** about boosted applications at all. Now on the other hand my 07 Softail Springer has a built (by me) 120" twin cam that thumps out 156 HP & 160 ft lbs. 220 psi per hole and gulps 93 pump gas and gets 35mpg . I embarrass rice rockets all of the time on this ride LMFAO! And I know tuning is everything when it comes to performance and reliability. And as I said before Justin has been good to me and I have no hard feelings or ill will against his company as he has gotten me this far and i'm thankful for it but also i know the tune can be a lot better.
